[Scribus] extracting from Impression Publisher files

I know nothing of Impression, but it would seem likely, like Scribus 
.sla files, the images were not embedded in the file format, but only 
their paths.  Also, something running on 1MB RAM and floppies would 
probably be dealing with image resolutions that would be rather 
disappointing be today's standards.

Nostalgia isn't what it used to be.
