[Scribus] Can Para Style do this ?

Hi Tom,

Paragraph styles and background color are set separately.
I understand you know how to set a paragraph style.
The background can be set in Properties>Color ... there you'd be looking 
for the paint bucket icon. Select it and then select the color you want. 
Adjust in %.
If you've checked the Transparancy Option for PDF 1.4 in 
Settings>Preferences>Display, you'll also be able to set a % value of 
opacity to that frame.
