[Scribus] upgrade from 1.2 to 1.2.1 caused template page issue

upgrading from 1.2 from 1.2.1 meant that i could no longer select and edit a
text frame on the template page.

the text frame may have been on a different layer as majority of elements on
the template page seem fine to select and edit.

is this a common issue that people know about?
