[Scribus] scribus default font has no uk pound symbol

thanks - the webpage from myfonts shows the existence of a ? character, so
i'll see if i can somehow coax it into producing it. do yo think the
translation process changes the codepage?

Sorry, not corrupted. When you select the mapping for Windows, arrows
appear in many glyphs.
