[Scribus] Accents in pt_BR (iso8859-1)

Sorry by insisting in this area, but I still not able to type vowels
with accents in Scribus.
I already tried to change to UTF-8 and several combinations of
ISO-8859-1... None work.
I have KDE working full here (including KWord)...
There is nothing I can do to try help "debugging" Scribus? I can easyly
download and compile every version you want to test here.
As I stated before, I have a FC3 with every official update released.
I'll welcome any tip you could send to me.
