[Scribus] Debian devel package not findable on web page

that should be debian.release.net; anyway, I should have made clear that I do 
know where to find the pkgs due to reading this list, but I was wondering how 
users should find this. Also, thanks for the lightning fast answer :-) (as 
usual)

Should I file a bugreport on the web page issue?
