[Scribus] link to openclipart outdated

Hi,
I noticed that the link to the openclipart on
http://www.scribus.org.uk/modules.php?
op=modload&name=News&file=article&sid=91
is to version 0.11 and the link in the Misc section
http://www.scribus.org.uk/modules.php?
op=modload&name=News&file=index&catid=1&topic= is to version 0.0.8

While this is probably not causing much problem, it could be fixed by
making the links to http://www.openclipart.org/downloads/ instead of
direct to the files themselves so that someone following the link would
always get the latest version even if the page wasn't updated regularly.
