[Scribus] Continue about scribus 1.3.1 on FC 4

That process would have installed Scribus in /usr/local

I suggest that you do this

  ./configure --prefix=/opt
  make
  make install (as root)

That will install Scribus in /opt and you will be able to start it with
the command

  /opt/bin/scribus


Do  ./configure --help for more options
