[Scribus] PDF size

Using Ubuntu breezy with 1.2.3 I created a 97 KByte sla file with 3
fonts and zero images. The sla file was for one page only of about 300
words.

The fonts were;
DejaVu sans oblique 6pt
DejaVu mono roman 10pt
DejaVu serif bold

only two of these were used and all were embedded in postscript


Exporting this to pdf gave a 5.7 MByte pdf file.

Changing the fonts to the Free* series didn't alter the pdf size much,
nor did exporting the pdf at 75 dpi

Is all this reasonable?
