[Scribus] PRINTING Scribus books ?

   This has been a recent topic, and I can only
agree that Scribus produces excellent PDFs
suitable for book printing... but... where does
one find a reasonably priced book printing service ?

   I have seen a service called LuLu, which is
inexpensive... they do not, however, print in
either hardback or paperback format (LuLu uses
more a "magazine" style format).

   Any Scribus authors suggest a reasonably
priced P-rint O-n D-emand printer offering soft
and/or hardback output ?
