[Scribus] Linux Font Editor?

Hi,

There is a public distribution fonts, ESSTIX, made available by Elsevier
Science (http://www.w3.org/Amaya/Distribution/esstix.tar.gz). This has a
font "ESSTIX-Sixteen" available both in TrueType and Type 1 flavor that
has all the IPA characters.

If you wait for a while you can get a OpenType version of these fonts
hopefully in November 2005 (see http://www.stixfonts.org)
