[Scribus] build date not updated

Today is Fri Oct 7, 2005 but after several days the build string still 
shows 3 Oct from this minute (4 PM PDT USA) cvs.
Is line 49 is the controlling string from Scribus/scribus/about.cpp 
(using: less -N about.cpp)?
