I'm not sure what'd be causing that. There have been some menu changes 
just recently, though, and perhaps something broke there. Some more have 
been checked in just now, so you may wish to update CVS and rebuild.

For this, please see the archives. In short, it's a dependency tracking 
issue - workaround, "make clean" in plugins/ then "make && sudo make 
install".
