Well, it's not obvious to me... :-(

Did you (re)install the frameworks from Libraries-A? If not, do so and  
check if it improves.

First we had a report from a Tiger user who didn't even have an 
application window and now you with a missing document window... I 
really would like to know what's happening here.

If the problem satys, what is the output of "ls -l /usr/lib" on your 
system? It should contain the lines
