[Scribus] Using scribus with right to left languaages such as hebrew...

Hello list.

I have just downloaded and installed scribus 1.2.2.99 on my Debian
unstable machine (using debian repositories).
I managed to write text in hebrew, however the text was left justified
and selectin right justification did not change the text justification.
Is this a bug? or am I missing something?

I did manage to change alignment of english text.
