[Scribus] Italian transation outdated for scribus 1.3.*

Hi all, the italian translation for Scribus 1.3.* is completely oudated.
Pier Luigi Cinquantini, the official italian traslator, still working on 
it ?

As you can see in my post, I don't speek english well but if you need 
help, I 'm here...
