[Scribus] How to compile scribus with different ts file

hi Christoph

you have to "compile" the TS file. It is not work for GCC. If you are using 
linguist, open TS file, click File->Release... and save it into the qm 
directory (binary compiled translations).
Then run make install again.

Or save it into already installed destination.

you can use lrelease command line tool too
