The best way (currently) is to create a table in OO.o Writer or Calc,
copy the table to clipboard, insert into a new OO.o drawing and export
as SVG. Then, import the SVG in Inkscape and export to EPS. I don't know
how many times I have described it here, but this is really idiot-proof.

Another possibility is PDF export from OO.o.

Please do not trust OO.o's EPS export features. I am not familiar with
the details, but I had nothing but trouble with OO.o's EPS files.

I will write a Wiki article on the issue soon, since it really seems to
be a recurring problem here on the list.

Cheers,

Christoph
