[Scribus] Crop mark

An easy way? No, not yet, unfortunately.

However, there is a Python script called "trait_de_coupe.py", which is 
part of the latest Scribus versions. If you run it, crop marks are drawn 
around a selected frame, so you have to play with it until you get the 
desired result.
