[Scribus] scribus X11 image rendering?

Printing it is the One True Test(tm). I've worked on a number of images 
with this behaviour that printed fine. The problem is actually an 
artifact of the image's display on the monitor. At different 
resolutions/magnifications, the artifacts will appear/disappear.
