[Scribus] Win32 Port Status?

Forgive me if you have already fielded this question, but I am curious
about the Windows port of Scribus. (I use Linux and BSD on my two
workstations, but would like to also run Scribus on my WinXP laptop)

>From visiting the Scribus page, I know that one does exist, but it has
not been officially rolled out. At the same time, I know that it is
being actively developed and wondered if at the very least the source
code for a beta was available somewhere.
