Platforms for OEM products (initial release)

     * Microsoft? Windows? XP
     * Microsoft Windows Server 2003

Development tools for OEM products (initial release)

     * Microsoft Visual Studio Version 7.1

I also didn't see any information on licensing. At this point it doesn't 
look useful for Scribus, though certainly if the licensing and 
portability needs were met it could be very cool.
