[Scribus] Dutch version of the Scribus Wiki

Hi all,

Today, the Dutch version of the Scribus-Wiki has been started. So for all of 
you who write Dutch, please don't hesitate to get an account and to start 
translating.

The "hoofdpagina" may still need some polish, because I didn't have many 
opportunities to speak and write Dutch recently. Anyway, it's there now, and 
you are invited to contribute.
