[Scribus] Text import using tags - any progress?

This fits quite well to the piping idea. Pipe the text from rtf/odt to the
filter plugin where you can apply paragraph/character styles based on your
tags.

Text importer will recognize the italic used in OO.o and will try searching a
true italic from the same family. If no such font is found importer will pop
up a font replace dialog (just like with docs missing fonts).
