[Scribus] Cross Reference?

Is there a feature (or even a requested feature) to do cross referencing
like Word Does to Pictures or Book Marks.

I.e. where I could put in 'See Figure 6 on Page 4' and if I then move
Figure 6 to Page 6 (say by inserting two pages before it,) then the text
would be updated to 'See Figure 6 on Page 6' 

It might be in some way related to 0001371   on bugs - Which is about
TOCs - but I don't know about the details...
