[Scribus] Use of Tab

I am on scribus 1.3.3.1 on Windows.
I would like to do something like that :

Blablablah............................................................Mr.
Blablah
Blablah................................................................ Ms
Blablah

For now, I am doing a two column text frame, jumping lines to align texts...
But, there is certainly another way to do it, maybe using Tab (in Properties
> Text). I just don't know how to use it, this menu isn't clear to me.
