[Scribus] working with tables

Hello,

How do you in general handle tables with Scribus? I have spent quite some time today with 
this software and start to like it ever more. However, tables are one thing that seems 
difficult to handle at first glance. I created one pressing A but then I found I needed two 
more rows and I saw no option of adding them other than drawing another table below the 
current one. Is there a better way of managing tables?

Aren't tables just a set of text frames?
