[Scribus] Where has the Import SVG, EPS, and Open Draw Gone?

I *think* that error sequence comes from the video driver side of 
things. Do you have nvidia drivers and GLX

It has no bearing on the Scribus display, though if you were into 
gaming, it might be different.
