Index -No

Table of contents - kindof (see 
http://wiki.scribus.net/index.php/Creating_a_Table_of_Contents ) for 
details and limitations, (eg. not very automatic)...

Probably not advisable to do books needing ToC and indexes in scribus 
at the moment
