[Scribus] Kivio stencils/Dia shapes

It's possible to import kivio stencils and dia shapes via Edit > Patterns. That might not be the best way to use them, to be honest. Is there any other other way to make use of those files or will we have to wait until we can import them for other purposes? IMHO it seems reasonable to import those files via File > Import or to have new "shapes" dialog available.
