[Scribus] PDF problemo

Hi - I have a PDF document (also as sla) ready to go to the printers (a 12 page newspaper).
 
They want it to be sent in single pages as I did berfore but I cant remember or find how to do that.
 
Anybody got any help? I know its probably dead simple.
