[Scribus] psutils help

I just can't seem to find the magic command line to do this.

I have a "book" containing several 8.5x11 pages.  I want to rotate them 90
degrees and impose those pages on 11x17 paper.  (Standard booklet imposition.)

I have been playing with psnup but haven't found the magic combination --
everything puts stuff on the wrong size of paper or I only get half of my
document on the page, or whatever.

What is the command line to do this particular impositon?
