[Scribus] Hacking OO.o dictionaries

Hi all,

there's an interesting article on newforge on modifying OpenOffice.org's 
dictionaries. For Scribus this is not of outmost importance yet, but the 
implementation of user defined dictionaries has been discussed here and, 
IIRC, is already somewhere in the bugs. So here are some technical and
