[Scribus] Position of frames changes

Hi,

I use 'mm' as the dimension in all my documents.

I then noticed some time ago that the position of some frames changes a 
bit over time. It is below 0.01 mm.

I then locked the frames and still the position of some frames changed.

It was always the Y value. Affected values are 25, 130 and 275 mm. I 
never saw a change in the X value.

I am currently using Scribus 1.3.2 on Windows XP.

The file was originally created on FreeBSD using Scribus 1.2.x.
