I'll tell you, and in portuguese:
Na barra de ferramentas principal, v? at? o ?ltimo bot?o (um amarelo se voc? 
estiver usando o Scribus 1.3.2cvs) e clique em adiconar liga??o (as vezes ? 
mostrado como adicionar anota??o PDF).
Desenhe o quadro e depois de dois clique nele. Na janela de di?logo, selecione 
o tipo de liga??o, se ? link externo, para outro documento ou um texto.
Exporte o PDF com as prefer?ncias adequadas e pronto.
