[Scribus] XML file for additional docs

Hi Maciej,

thank you very much for your efforts. Unfortunately, it doesn't work in 
1.2cvs/ 1.2.4.1 and neither does Niyam Bushan's tutorial with the menu.xml 
from the installable version. 

Might this be another SuSE/Qt issue (I'm using 9.3)?
