[Scribus] 1.3.2 - Colour Management settings - not applicable on the fly?

Dear readers of this list,

using Scribus 1.3.2  I noticed that it is not possible to have changes to the 
checkbox "Mark colours out of Gamut" (Edit -> Settings -> Colour Management) 
or changes to profiles used applied immediately; Scribus has to be restarted 
in order to apply (and see) the changes.

By contrast, in Scribus 1.2.4.1 it is possible to apply and see changes to 
these settings on the fly. Have other users noticed the same, or is this a 
local problem here?
