[Scribus] tables

Hi Peter,

My apologies: I wrote a previous post to you on this topic, but forgot 
to set a useful Subject line. If you are interested, the subject line

I'll summarise that post here:

The table button in scribus 1.2 does work. You need to click it and drag 
a table frame, in the same way as you do a text or image frame. Then you 
need to import content and format the cells.
