[Scribus] Setting a thesis in Scribus (ver. 1.3.3.2 dev)

Based on headings? Last time I looked it was based on frames and you had to set special attributes for each frame? (But yes, it was a while ago so maybe this has been changed?) In a long thesis you don't want to start a new frame for each heading you want to appear in the TOC.
