[Scribus] Configure script does not recognize recent freetype.

My scribus 1.2.5 packages are built against libfreetype6_2.2.1-2 on Debian
unstable and testing. Sarge a.k.a Debian3.1PPC that you seem to be running
still has the latest libfreetype6_2.1.7-2.4. I am not sure where you got
libfreetype6_2.1.10-1 as I don't see it in my Sarge chroot. Could you have
mixed stable/testing at some point? Anyways, my point is that Scribus readily
recognizes and uses newer freetype when available, so it is possible you have
a mix of freetype libraries on your system despite your claim of only having a
2.10.1 package.
