[Scribus] Submit form locally in HTML or XML

I was wondering if it is possible to create a pdf form where the submit
button on the form will simply save a copy of the values of the form on my
local computer.  I would also preferably like to simply open it in adobe
reader instead of having to open it in a web browser.
