[Scribus] Submit form locally in HTML or XML

Are you using acrobat reader 4 or 5? I think you need to have acrobat
reader 7.0 (not sure whether 6.0 works). Or you may follow a trick I
learned from this list, that is to submit the form by sending out an
email to yourself.
