Is GIMPShop dead? I hope it's not 'cause it's the only version of GIMP with 
a normal usability... :(

Inkscape will surely have CMYK, since the Inkscape team is planning to 
implement other that SVG 1.0 specifications, and among them is SVG 1.2, with 
CMYK support.
Also, the Inkscape team is one of the best ever, because they work fast 
(just take a look at the changelog for version 0.44) and they LISTEN TO 
USERS (what GIMP doesn't).
