[Scribus] OT - Images with transparency??? gimp - scribus

Hi,

I have an image with some transparency, but I don't manage to get this 
transparency into scribus. 

What do I have to do?
Creating a path, and saving the file into an eps gives me an error. I am sure 
I do something wrong, but what???
And saving the file as an *.png didn't give me the result also.

Whats the right way to do it?
Maybe you have a link to some documentation?
