[Scribus] Drop caps

And you guys are totally forgetting elevated caps. :)

Drop, elevated, initials, they're all the same, but the only term that 
means all of them is an Initial.

And tip of the day:
When quoting text that has a initial, the correct way is quoting the 
initial too.
