Specifically with regards to comma-separated lists, how does this work
in locales that use a comma to separate the whole number part from the
fractional part of a number?
Germany uses 2,3 for 2 + 2*10**-1 ie 2.3 . How does that work in a list?
Does the issue go away if you run Scribus as:
LANG=en LC_ALL=en scribus
?
