Please provide some basic information so we don't have to play guessing 
games. Things like the version of Scribus you're trying to install, 
where you got it from, what type of package it is, how you're trying to 
install it (exact procedures/commands please!), what EXACT error 
messages you get, what DOCUMENTATION you've already looked at, etc.
