You can also use the PS standard fonts without embedding/subsetting
since they are present on any system:
Courier (CourierNew)
Courier?Oblique (CourierNew,Italic)
Courier?Bold (CourierNew,Bold)
Courier?BoldOblique (CourierNew,BoldItalic)
Helvetica (Arial)
Helvetica?Oblique (Arial,Italic)
Helvetica?Bold (Arial,Bold)
Helvetica?BoldOblique (Arial,BoldItalic)
Times?Roman (TimesNewRoman)
Times?Italic (TimesNewRoman,Italic)
Times?Bold (TimesNewRoman,Bold)
Times?BoldItalic (TimesNewRoman,BoldItalic)
Symbol
ZapfDingbats
Additionally Acrobat Reader 7 supports the fonts MinionPro and
MyriadPro, so you could use one of those nice fonts if you can
require your readers to use the latest version of AR.
