[Scribus] Resizing Problem

You can resize a shape with the mouse. Just wait until the cursor becomes a
double headed arrow, then drag. Currently the only problem is that the
behaviour of the cursor isn't always as expected, i.e. sometimes the double
arrow is shown, while it should be the crossed one for moving and the other
way around. Remember, this is a developer version. Sometimes you have to try
two or more times.

You can enlarge or scale down either the shape or the outline precisely on
percent base or based on your default unit with the spin boxes in the "Edit
shape" dialog.
Last, you also can resize with the mouse and keep your shape by holding Ctrl
while dragging.
