[Scribus] using scribus 1.2.4.1 and 1.3.3 on the same document

I read somewhere that 1.3 uses the highest character in the top line of a
frame to determine the offset from the top of the frame, while 1.2 uses the
highest possible character in the font. I would guess that's probably what's
going on here? I've seen that too.
